Amenities and visitors
Shops, restaurants, a fitness club, a cinema, a theatre and a sky bar serve the people who live and work in your tower, and draw visitors from the street. Each is run by an operator who rents the room like any other tenant. Without an operator the room stays closed.

Who comes
- Your own people: office workers go out for lunch, residents in the evening, when there is a seat for them.
- Street visitors: every hour a number of people walk in, more in each amenity's busy hours, with good demand and weather and a good reputation. The sky bar draws more people the higher it is.
Visitors use your lobby and elevators, stay for a while and never stay past closing time. During a fire they leave.
What you earn
You earn twice: the operator pays rent like any tenant, and at the 06:00 closing you receive your share of the takings (booked as "Turnover"). Select an amenity to see its customers and takings for today and yesterday.
Every kind of amenity that is open in a building also makes its other units more attractive to tenants.
